30-Day Return Policy We want you to love your EAGLOW product. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging, are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return Email us at support@eaglow.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
